Sunday 8th Feb 2026 10am-2pm

You don’t need any more insight, you need new ways to meet the moments where old patterns take over.

reframe is a practical, in-person workshop for people who are already self-aware and still finding themselves reacting in familiar ways under pressure, in relationships or when it matters most.

This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about becoming more resourced to make different choices when old patterns show up.

  • This workshop is for you if:

    • you’ve done some therapy, coaching or personal development before.

    • you can see your patterns but still get a bit caught in them.

    • you feel frustrated saying “I know better” but keep doing the same thing.

    • you want more choice in real moments, not just insight afterwards.

    • you’re already working on this stuff and want to test your progress.

  • Sometime before we move toward change, we need to spend some real time exploring why we stay the same.

    In reframe, we’ll explore:

    • what key patterns are tripping you up and how.

    • where did they originate and what stories come with them.

    • the light and shadow of the pattern and the impact of both.

    • the sneaky super-powers you may have because of it.

    • how to reframe its impact to work with it differently.

  • Starting with a bit of cheeky breathwork and and a check-in, we will move into small group and individual work exploring our patterns.

This will include mind-mapping on butchers paper and getting a real visual feel for our patterns.

We will have a small break and finish with an inter-active group process to gently land the work.

  • You will walk out of reframe with:

    • clearer awareness of your key repeating patterns

    • practical tools to work with reactions as they arise

    • a felt sense of more space and choice

    • more connected to yourself and other participants

    • seeing yourself and the world through different eyes.

    • 1–2 personalised experiments to keep working with back in the real world.

    Not fixed.
    Not perfect.
    Just more resourced.
